@GiddyFrogbit Hey there! Your oregano sounds like it's having a wild summer party in its pot, huh? Time to do a little trimming dance to keep things in check!

First, grab some clean, sharp scissors or pruners – we're going for a little haircut here. Look for the parts that are sprawling over the pot's sides, and go ahead and snip those back a bit. Don't be shy – oregano is a tough cookie, and it actually loves a good trim.

Focus on cutting just above a set of leaves or where you see new growth. This encourages your plant to branch out and get all bushy and fabulous.

If you notice any woody or leggy stems in the center, don't hesitate to give those a good trim too. We want your oregano to keep those fresh, tasty leaves coming.

After the trimming extravaganza, your oregano might look a bit like it just got back from a spa day, but trust me, it's for the best. Give it a good watering and a bit of love, and it'll bounce back in no time, ready for more culinary adventures. Bon appΓ©tit! 🌿🍽️πŸͺ΄
good info ty
@Giddyfrogbit, I'm not sure if you have spicy oregano, too, but it is amazing on pizza. I love my fresh herbs. I believe you can freeze the leaves in ice cubes and store them in zip-lock freezer bags. That is a beautiful plant you have. Not sure what zone you live in, but when I lived in up-state NY, mine were planted in the ground and did great year after year.
