Welcome to Greg, Erika!

This type of chlorosis (loss of chlorophyll....eg leaf yellowing) is called interveinal chlorosis.
(Although it's "bad" it's kind of cool looking IMO 😎)

It is fixable/preventable.

Yellowing of the areas between the veins (interveinal chlorosis) is usually indicative of manganese, iron or magnesium deficiency. Iron deficiency affects the youngest leaves first, whereas the symptoms of manganese and magnesium deficiency tend to start in the older leaves.

Do a little research on the topic, but I believe that if you add a bit of Epsom Salts to your watering, that may do the trick.

Now, what can cause the nutrients to become off balanced? Here you need to put your detective cap on.

Using an imbalanced fertilizer (the wrong fertilizer for that species of plants), over watering can cause a flushing of nutrients from the soil over time, and just nutrient depletion in general.

When was the last time the plant was re-potted, or last time you fed the plant?
@UltraKoreanfir it needs to be repotted badly, and it’s always been pretty happy with the fertilizer I use. It’s the Big Green Leaves and Sexy Stems powder that’s mixed in water
@Petite_Eureka Good to know that it was an easy investigation! πŸ˜‰. Now to find time to re-pot that beast! 😍
