Greg is great for many many things, but the fertilizer recommendations should be taken with more than a pinch of salt.
Even if Greg were perfect in anticipating exactly the size and health of your plant and extrapolating it's feeding needs from that info, it still had no way of knowing what fertilizer (balanced, specialized, liquid, pulver, slow release, foliar etc) you are using.
You should always prioritize the instructions on the bottle and the general knowledge you have about your plants. (E.g. not feed an orchid with normal undiluted fertilizer etc). Once you have worked out the general fertilizer dosage and frequency from that you can still use Greg by training it to remind you in the correct frequency you want (basically just like you do while watering).
As for a more direct answer: I dont think those fertilizer amounts that Greg gives should be trusted, but if you have reason to trust them yourself: how about using a syringe? You should get them over the counter in any pharmacy in the size you might need.
