Repot or not?

Hi, plant lovers, it has been very hectic and stressful in the recent months and that’s not a good combination with my health, so I’ve been very tired. I thought I was still doing a good job with my plants, but apparently I didn’t do so well with Morgan 🫣 Almost all of his leaves are crusty 😢 Only one leaf is still good and one new leaf is coming up. I came across on the internet that I have to cut off the dead leafs, but then there are just two leafs left. Do I have to repot Morgan?
