Dying graptoveria

I bought this succulent an about a month ago, but progressively she’s been loosing here leaves! 🍂😢 she is in a non drainage pot, is that the problem? She seems like she’s been growing upwards but she’s loosing leaves!
1ft to light, indirect
4” pot without drainage
Last watered 8 months ago
How much are you watering? Since you mentioned the non drainage pot it made me think it is watered regularly. I know the recommendation is like every 12 days or so, but I would wait longer times depending on how wet the substrate is and just water with a little bit. Even more relevant with a pot without drainage, watering should be limited
@ManlyFicus67 yes I am watering every 12 days, do you have an estimate of how long I should be going with our watering?
Aw man this is the second time I’ve accidentally deleted my comment, sigh. Whoops!

The growing upwards like this is actually not a good sign for succulents, they need a ton of bright and consistent light to maintain a relatively compact shape. Lack of light is causing the stem to become tall and the leaves to be spaced out, and it can also be causing the leaf loss. Since your fallen leaf doesn’t really look like an overwatered leaf, it’s probably from the light situation… Watering is also recommended to happen only once or twice a month usually, or when the soil is bone dry and/or the leaves are wrinkling.
@itsjordan that’s ok it happens😂 Is the best thing I can do is get a grow light?
@Plant_Cuddler if you don’t have a brighter window to put it in or don’t want to put it outside, then a grow light is a good option.
@itsjordan yeah I don’t have to many good widows😅 so I think a grow light would be good😁
@itsjordan thank you!
