It says your plant has no drainage. Is that true? If it is, it's probably root rot from the water build-up, and you might want to take it out and inspect the roots to see the damage
Hello, Jolene! I'm so glad you found Greg!

You picked out such a great plant! My mom has these in her garden. These plants don't last long where I live. They have bulbs like tulips and one has to remove them once they are spent and replant them the next year.

I've never had success growing these inside at ALL. They need so much more light than I can give inside.

Do you have a place you can put it outside?
@Seedstarter I repotted it yesterday and the roots where still good.
@sarah10orio they were on sale here at a market as inside plants, they even said it won’t do well outside. I have moved it closer to a window for more light but I will give it a week and otherwise it will become an outside plant
This is a better picture
This is also a Siam tulip but this one is my sisters I am looking after and her stems seem to be rotting….i am starting to lose hope of saving them…
There's still LOTS of green and so many healthy stems! I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. Plants need time to acclimate to their new homes and you might lose a leaf or two in that process.

They really are pretty plants!
Thank you!!!!
