What do I do with these roots?

I have roots growing out of the stem of my succulent, do I need to trim/replant that part?
6” pot with drainage

That looks like a kalanchoe! Maybe not but I’m sure most succulents need spray and indirect sunlight.
@Saturn572 noted thanks! I have some kalanchoe in the same pot haha. I actually picked this off the ground and it's native to Ohio (I set up this plant while I was on vacationπŸ˜…)
Hi Kaden. These are aerial roots and usually indicate your plant needs more direct sunlight, higher soil moisture, preferably below the roots (consider a mini "wicking" system) to encourage deeper rooting or sometimes from humidity or heat locations. Also, is your pot plastic? This could also indicate readiness to propogate. You could remove the top of the plant, just once more roots appear and look like they need waterπŸ˜
