Anyone have a suggestion to get this little lady growing?
I've had her for about a year and she's pretty much unchanged. I believe she's a gold dust. She's indoors in a room with light on all day.

In a room with a light on or in acroom with light shining on it? Because a room with a light on is like being in the dark to a plant. Plus dracena like bright indirect light too.
