Any advice on making this one healthy?

I was out in charge of caring for this plant about a year ago. Greg says it’s a lucky bamboo but it doesn’t look like what I see online. I have yet to get it to look healthy, but it’s growing a new stalk so it can’t be that bad, just needs some major help! Any guidance is appreciated! #Dracaena #Bamboo

This is bamboo grass or a bamboo palm, not lucky bamboo. They like to stay pretty moist and have bright, indirect light. The yellowing leaves will not revert back to green but if you fertilize with an all purposeοΏΌ fertilizer, the new growth should sprout up green and healthy.
