To pot or not to pot....
I was gifted this cutting about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Is it time to pot it and what's up with the nub ???
Last watered 5 months ago
That nub looks like an air root! Leave it be ^^ as they are perfectly normal and healthy for the plant. :>
If you do transfer to soil, make sure it's chunky and well draining. Give it a good soak when you pot it. Let it dry out at least halfway before giving it another drinky drink. Also make sure to pot it in a container that's 1-3 inches bigger in size than the jar is, so as to not drown the plant with too much soggy soil for the roots to soak up efficiently.

I would transition it to perlite first. It can be shocking to the roots to go from water directly to soil.
