Welcome to Greg, Alyssa! I would venture to say it might be too much light. I keep my Thai Basil in the shade of a big tree. This is the first year I have kept it under there and it is doing GREAT!
The other years I've had it close to the house, but the sun was definitely making the plant struggle. Do you have a place you can put it that gets some shade?

@sarahsalith yes! I have started a indoor greenhouse… maybe I’ll pull farther from the window. I live in Alaska so it will be getting dark all day soon. Just trying to figure how to regulate all my plants, my herbs seem to get dry on the tips quick 😭🫠
@MOLADED I'm planning on putting up a greenhouse soon down south, but at least the sun will still rise across the sky for us. I love the melting emoji! It's perfect!
