I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Mine is a slow grower. Puts out more peduncles than flowers 🌸. NOT complaining! 😆 😝 😂. For faster growing Hoyas try, if you don’t have them already, Hoya multiflora “Shooting Star”, pubicalyx or australis. 🙌

They do best in warm south facing windows. With a sheer curtain so it's not so direct. They really pick up growth if provided more.

How far from the top of her is the grow light?

I suggest moving her to about 6 inches below it if you can't get her in a south facing window.

Also, I feed mine fertilizer. They all get Super Thrive Foilage Pro mixed into their water.
