@ElderWildradish is it a scar/scab from a broken leaf? Or a pest bite? It looks healthy except for that bump. If in doubt, I’d cut that leaf off and another will grow back healthy. It’s a sweet plant and doesn’t look stressed.
Looks like a healed wound. It's normal. My peperomia had a few big ones when I got it. They're still there but not as obvious. You can cut that stem and put some cinnamon on it if it freaks you out though.
