It looks your Philodendron is trying to disguise itself as a β€œmonstera” or Swiss Cheese plant. Have you taken Rainier to counseling for identity confusion?
@TooUnique1 🀣🀣 @HardyCurleddock from what I can see you have a number of problems. The browning is due to underwatering or overwatering. The whitening may be caused due to pests, I think. But personally both of these problems could be from a single problem...'root rot' which is caused by overwatering. Take your plant out of the soil and check. If it's infected it's roots are gonna be brown and mushy. To treat it cut off the infected roots and wash with water. Air dry for like 10-20 minutes and repot with well draining soil.
