Don't use terracotta. It's tropical and since terracotta pulls water away from the roots it wouldn't be happy. It needs more moisture. When they are young they need more water to develop roots.
It will dry out way to fast with the terracotta so avoid it for her.
I recommend a porcelain or ceramic pot for Fernie Mac.
