Whale Fin Yellow Spot

Happy New Year everyone! I’m hoping to get some feedback on an otherwise healthy snake plant. I came back from vacation and noticed a very distinct yellow spot on Wall-E. The spot is not squishy, just very yellow. I will note that he is currently sitting under a grow light (I have the timer set to just 3 hours), though is somewhat covered by my two taro plants. soil feels dry, maybe he’s just getting too much light? He also had some pups, maybe there’s just too many plants in the pot? Please let me know your thoughts!
4ft to light, indirect
7” pot with drainage

3 hours is definitely not too much time. If anything I would think it needs more growlight time. My guess is the plant may be retiring this big leaf for all the new growth it's put out. Only time will tell for sure.
Hey Kat! The yellow portion is normal texture then? It's just yellow?
@RJG hello! Yes I think that’s the best description though there are some marks on the back that the plant has had since I got it!
@RJG thank you!! Maybe it’s a sign to repot everyone
