I have found that hanging baskets like that are grown in mostly peat so they don’t rot when In mass production greenhouses… I would re pot into new medium in the same pot … a medium that will hold more moisture. When you water that the water is running right out of it I bet. Hope this helps!

@HoorayJudastree Presley I wish I had an answer as I have found my hanging baskets did not have a bottom saucer to keep the water holding in. So they needed water almost every day. I really don’t know why they make them this way! 💔 and the heat we have had lately has not helped. Maybe someone else may be able to solve🤞
