Leaves turn brown, crispy and dry up

My plant started to grow a lot of flowers lately, which is great! However, the leaves are getting brown tips pretty fast and then tend to turn completely brown, crispy and dry up.
I water pretty regularly and the soil never seems to be too dry.

The plants are outside on a window sill, full sun all day ๐Ÿค”

I water every 1-2 weeks with normal tap water. I dont have the possibility to store rain water efficiently.
May be that your watering too much. The soil looks wet. Good practice is to stick your finger in and if the top inch is dry then water. Those signs are from over watering and under watering.
I just watered the plant :D Sorry that Information was missing @Lukester1492
The tips like that is usually from too much water or less but usually ppl attribute those signs with less watering and want to water the plants more making the root zone not very oxygenated when they need it
