Brown spots on philodendron
What might cause this? It’s one of the oldest leaves on the plant, but it seems to have happened rather suddenly in just a few days. I certainly didn’t notice it when I rotated the plant earlier in the week.

Mushy? Where it’s brown the tissue is pretty thin and soft feeling.
