I personally don’t follow the watering schedule as each home has different temps and differences in soil etc so I only water when I have to dig to find moisture in the soil for most of my plants but also every plant is also different so knowing about that specific plant needs is pretty important

Definitely don’t follow Greg schedule. Let it dry out between waterings- I have my pepperomias in very loose, well draining soil, and only wander them every couple of weeks- a good soak, letting all of the excess water drain off.
