Did it happen after you repotted it? That would be repotting shock. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do when facing repotting shock, but hold your breath and wait for new growth! You're doing your best, and hopefully, it survives!

The first pot I moved it to didn’t have drainage and that’s when it started looking like that. Maybe my soil isn’t draining properly despite now having a drain hole
