Is this a nutrient deficiency?

Iโ€™ve been watering when the leaves curl up, keeping in high humidity, misting, and itโ€™s mildly root bound (which Iโ€™ve heard heart ferns prefer). Is this yellowing a nutrient deficiency? What kind of nutrients do heart ferns need? Thanks!

With leaf curling and yellowing itโ€™s hard to know exactly isnโ€™t it? Nutrition should be monthly during the growing season with a half strength liquid natural type of fertilizer. They donโ€™t like to be disturbed or moved around much, so if you think it truly should be repotted wait until the dormant season. I have one tiny plant in a terrarium and it likes that humidity a lot. I did use fertilizer when I started the terrarium, and havenโ€™t in 2 months because all the plants look healthy so far. Best of luck with your beautiful heart fern! It looks like youโ€™ve been doing a lot right!
