How to make my golden #pothos to have more yellow variega...

I have a garden and I have a dog outdoor. Although growing pothos outdoor is possible because I'm living in southeast Asia and my neighbor is growing his golden pothos outdoor (1st pic and 2nd pic), which the plant is very big and healthy and has lot of yellow variegation, but I prefer keeping my pothos indoor because it's easier for me to manage due to long hours of work everyday. I took my pothos cutting (3rd pic) from this neighbor and I can see my pothos are growing very slowly compared to my neighbor's. I don't want my pothos to grow too fast because I have limit indoor, especially the house isn't mine.

So I'm wondering how to make my golden pothos has more yellow variegation indoor?

I would suggest a grow light! Pothos tend to revert back to green when they are not getting enough sun!

Move it closer to a window that gets bright light or maybe try a grow light! The less light, the less variegation.

I find with variegated plants; more light = more variegation. Hope this helps

@PremiumMyagrum @kayrene @Zestfest my pothos are growing in my bedroom sitting right in front of the East window, that's the brightest area of my bedroom during daytime. I turned on my bedroom LED at night for around 2 hours before I went to bed, but I noticed my golden pothos is growing greener than its looks the first time I got her on 20th January 2024. Maybe I need a grow light.
