Instead of following any type of set schedule, always check the soil and let it tell you when your plant needs watering. Over time the app will learn, and the more you use it the more accurate the watering reminders will become.
As a side note, your plant card says your nerve plant is getting 6+ hours of direct sun. That's way too much for this plant and can scorch their delicate leaves. They prefer indirect sunlight, so instead of a west-facing window try a north or east facing. Or move the plant a few feet back from its current spot, far enough so the sun's direct rays aren't hitting the leaves.
