Do you mean what is the ID of the plant? The app is saying Canna indica, which it is. As far as what's wrong with it, possibly a few different things. The first one that jumps out is sunburn. The torn leaves are likely just physical damage. To determine whether pests are also a factor, would need some much closer pics of the leaves, both the tops and the undersides.
