Maybe it could be excess light. Peace lilies do not prefer direct sunlight.￼

Yeah, that’s what I read - black/brown tips is like a plant sunburn situation. I moved mine across the from for indirect light to see what goes down.

It could be humidity perhaps. On another note, I think your plant may be an anthurium (flamingo flower), not a spathiphyllum (peace lily).
