Ends are dying on Draconea

Any ideas on what’s going on here? I don’t think I’m overwatering. Going about 2 weeks in between watering.

Hi! These guys are particular imo and want really consistent schedules. To me it looks like overwatering or that it’s in soil/pot that aren’t good for it. It needs a good draining soil which doesn’t stay wet, and a pot with good drainage holes.
