Watermelon Rex Begonia is struggling

It wasn't until I came across a healthy one recently that looked as mine did when I got it, that I really realized how much worse it's gotten. I have it under a florescent light, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Do they need natural light?

Rex Begonias are notoriously finicky. They like higher humidity than most homes provide. They don’t want to dry out between watering a and like at least filtered water or better. I have had good luck so far having mine in a soilless medium (lechuza pon) and self watering planter.

Move it to a window near your bathroom/shower - maybe the humidity will help.
