I always say to each his own but a little a heads up, eggs shells and coffee ground will not help your plant. You would have to crush them down to powder and then have a worm digest it before your plant would be able to uptake any of those vitamins or nutrients. You could however, go with a plant food like super thrive, that’s natural and will work. (Or buy a worm farm 😂)

Of course! & I would recommend bringing it inside until I gets bigger that’s what I did I have it under some grow lights I will sit it out for a few hours in the sunlight then bring it back it. Also I’m not expert just speaking from my own experience so far but has helped me but it’s been really hot lately so a few hours in the sun shouldn’t hurt
