If it is true that it is standing near a heater, I would guess that is your main problem. Calatheas usually like high humidity in the air, and don't like drafts or warm/cold winds or any changes at all reallyπ . And even if the Makoyana (Cathedral Windows) is one of the more hardy ones, I think it would be happier in a different spot, maybe with a humidifier tooπ€ They also prefer their soil to stay a little moist, so don't let it dry completly out between waterings. πͺ΄

@MockingJay itβs on the floor on a pot but the central heating is on the floor which I think itβs causing it to dry out. Thank you for the help!
@PrimalBlue mine usually gets some spots during wintertime because of the drier air, even if I have a humidifier going. And the central heating would probably make the soil dry out more quickly too. They usually come back stronger in spring though, when they get more light and the humidity goes up.πͺ΄
