My Hoya Crimson Queen is dropping leaves

My crimson queen has a few leaves that are dying off. The leaves feel really thin and flimsy and I’m not sure if this is part of its natural cycle or if I should be worried. It does have one new leaf growing in but three that are dying off. It also just dropped a new leaf that had just grown in still completely white; it just wilted away. Any thoughts are appreciated I’m still just a beginner and want to learn all I can!
2ft to light, direct
5” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 weeks ago
In my experience with vine type plants I always just gently pull the dead off and it allows the new growth room to grow I’m not familiar with your planet but I have even done this with rose bushes and it doesn’t hurt then
@YesWorm88 them and plant lol I hate spell correct sometimes
Its not normal and i can possibly help but ill need info. Is ut wet or dry ? How do you water ? Top@or bottom? Light ?
If its wet its prob starting to rot and needs out of that soil@and potted inti a well draining aroud mix with a drain hole in the pot . If its dry then i have more questions, but also means you have more time and chance
