Does this dracaena need a repot? Or more light? The water...

It’s in shade with natural light for a couple hours not direct tho. Maybe I over watered? Or maybe it’s outgrowing its pot? I just moved it into a more sunny location and picked out the dead leaves….how do I take care of this one

Repot, the soil drying out too fast is later stage root bounding and will happen soon. Also if it gets to that point the soil has been sucked too dry and whould need to be preplaced and treated.
