Help with Hoya Fittchi

My hoya is dropping leaves, I water her with tap water when she drys out, the leaves are limp and soft, not mushy though some have brown spots. She was expensive so I’d like to keep her alive haha! #Hoya
4” pot with drainage

Leaves do look a bit wrinkled and soft … so I would say … leaf drop and soft wrinkled leaves even though it’s watered to me says your roots are no longer taking up water and drinking and you have a root issue … check the roots . 🀯
@Hoyaobsessed has many hopefully she can shed some light on your issue
Picture please I can’t tell by the Greg pic posted.. so … limp and soft leaves to me means two things : not enough water if it’s in chunky medium I water every week and other thing could be root issues with leaf drop and soft leaves . Tag me in a pic,
@Hoyaobsessed you can’t really tell but the leaves are very soft and wrinkled slightly and they drop easily. The pot feels heavy so not under watering.
