Why are the ends “burnt”?

Not sure what I am doing wrong… every leaf has a dead burnt looking end. Does it need more water?

It’s the window. West sunlight is the most harsh on plants (I have a West window too 😬) I would suggest a sheer curtain or moving your plant to a different window if you have one! East and South work best.
