Help! I see some kind of growth on the leaves and stem no...

That looks like a rust infection from the humidity being too high.
I think, I could be wrong that that is a panda plant, kalanchoe tomentosa, by the fuzzy thick leaves. ( it looks similar to mine )
It's a succulent that likes rocky soil and to dry out COMPLETELY between watering.
Lots of sun and plenty of air circulation. The leaves have flopped over from damage. What happens when they get too much water is the cells within the leaf burst and then they flop over from the leaf becoming weak and damaged.
For rust infection:
Treat with a copper fungicide. Something like Captain Jacks Copper Fungicide will help you treat it. Treat once a week until you see no new rust spots forming.
You also need to flush the soil. But since she's a succulent and already had too much to drink. I suggest brand new soil that is very chunky. I use Bonsai Jacks Cactus and Succulent soil for all of my cacti and succulents because it's really rocky so they never sit in water. But it's expensive. So I'll show you a photo of mine and her soil so you have an idea of what works well.
