Succulent leaves have brown spots and dying leaves

Anyone know what could be going on here? It’s under a grow light, it’s not overwatered (though, it could be under watered), it’s possible it gets too cold at times because it’s by an exterior door that’s used a few times a day. There are 4 other succulents in this arrangement that are fine, just these two are suddenly struggling. 🤔

Looks like fungal disease to me! Try using Neem oil on that. You should also try quarantining them from other plants just to make sure it doesn't spread out. 😃😊
possibly fungus or pests…? whatever it is, you might want to seperate them from the other sucs just in case it spreads
If it’s fungus, I don’t think neem would help. For fungal stuff I recommend copper fungicide.
@MeganO i use cinnamon for fungus issues, is copper fungicide like a stronger type (kinda like how you can use neem oil for minor infestations but have to use systematics for worse ones)?
*systemics
@SabelleTo Thanks! I didn’t even consider fungus for some reason. 😅🤦🏻‍♀️
@MeganO 👍🏻 Thanks!
@strawberrymoon I’m leaning more toward fungus…I think I will try and separate them out tonight. I haven’t experienced fungus yet. So, this’ll be a learning experience haha!
@bexplants all the best!! fungi can be very annoying, my crassula still has a few spots here and there 🥲
@strawberrymoon 😭 At this point, I don’t think I’m going to attempt saving the one in the 1st picture. I’m not overly attached to it anyway. But, I really love the “watch chain” succulent in the second photo. 🙏🏻
@bexplants the watch chain does look really cool!! hope they get better soon <3 i apply cinnamon on the affected areas using a q tip usually, but you might want to get systemic fungicide since there’s a lot of little nooks and crannies that might be hard to reach.
