Is there anything i can do for this plant?
I was checking if my succulents needed water and saw this and I’m not sure what to do.

Hello there Avery, for what i see the brown spot is just right on the crown of your lovely plant and the center seems detaching so probably you are dealing with rotting.
If you find rot, cut away any mushy & dark tissue until you reach healthy, green parts.
