Help!
I have a peperomia Mendoza and when I got it, it was great. Then leaves started falling off and new buds came in but the leaves get about this big and die off again without any substantial growth. Any advice? First pic (left) is what it’s supposed to look like, the second (right) is what it currently looks like. All help is appreciated!

@TopPecan34 What kind of light is it getting and how much and how often are you watering? That’s where I’d start, that is, after checking the roots. Always check the roots when something is amiss.
Bright indirect light from the sun and a grow light, at least 6 hours a day. I’ve only been watering when the soil dries out, or close to it. I’ve been nervous to check the roots with just how delicate it seems to be but I may need to go ahead and do that. Thanks!
