Your plant looks like a trailing jade that’s been scorched a little. I would suggest removing the yellowed, mushy leaves and repotting in fresh new soil. If the newer leaves are firm, hold off on watering for a few days :)

It’s certainly needs some ♥️ Going to treat it as I would any other succulent. I think it will pull through without too much trouble
