Powdery mildew or no?

I recently received this plant from the Greg plant shop. I've had it for about a month and has looked the same since it arrived. Is this powdery mildew?

I’m not sure, but I had trouble with mildew growth on the one I got from the shop. I received a replacement, but even that one has had troubles. I don’t know what it is about this plant that makes it so difficult.

Thanks for the response! Did you treat yours? I'm thinking about using Arber fungicide on it.
