This looks a bit like either underwatering or overwatering to me ☺️
It's in a very small pot, so as soon as the leaves start to pucker, I would water💧🌿
These like to be treated a bit like succulents, as they store water in their leaves, so unless the leaves are getting soft, hold off on water 🙂☺️

@GiftedPlants16 the root system of pretty much any peperomia is very underwhelming, so i would definitely wait repotting, and maybe just cut off the damaged leaves and wait for new ones to grow ☺️🪴
This is a vining plant, so it's still very much a juvenile small baby plant ☺️
I would get it closer to a window and let it get a bit of direct sunlight 🪴🪟🌞
