The alocasia is Frydek. U got from far east right? Should be labeled on the pot. Oh and i recommend switching to Plants Ate My Money Forest Mix SE. Far better and can't overwater.
The leaf, the plant grows new leaf and drops one old one. The reason why it's only three leaf is because the light only supports threee leaf. If you want, can get some grow light from Amazon to help it. Or else you go a fish shop and get a colourful cheap light like roxin or frok or or neo helios or smt
