It looks like a toothpick cactus (Stetsonia coryne)

Yeah definitely looks like it may be a toothpick cactus. It has more similarities to that than the Peruvian torch. But looks similar to the Peruvian. But the base of the spines does look more like the toothpick cactus

Thank y’all!! My friend who gave it to me said it was a Peruvian but it looks more toothpick.
