Help Needed w/ American Elm Bonsai (Indoor, AZ)

I have American Elm - OKC Survivor Tree and am Getting Brown Leaf Edges on bottom levels/ Dry Crackly Brown on Top levels. Water is good and doing
* β€œ Biogold” x 4 pellets in July 2024
* β€œStone Lantern”Green Balance 6 small pellets (5β€’7β€’4) 7/2024
* β€œHumboldt’s Secret” (20β€’20β€’20) every 4 weeks (water dissolved)
+ Grow Light/ South Dacing Window.

Worried maybe though because room is @ 35% humidity/ 80Β° avg. (AZ)

Also checked if due to β€˜ Salt Buildup- see red pot pictured)- but Nutrient Testing showed as β€œ Low”. Pretty hard water but pH is: 7.0

Any Suggestions?!? New to Bonsai 2+ years, 2nd Growing Season only!

Tree was 1.5 yo- Purchased 12/29/23, approx 2.2 yo now :)
1ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago

Hey there! I'm glad you found Greg! I know you've had it for a while, have you ever changed the soil?

To me, your plant looks like it might be drying out too much and I would wonder if it's getting enough light. Do you have a covered area (out of the AZ sun) that you could place your plant to rehabilitate? They really love sunlight and, in my experience, outside trees struggle inside... even if it takes them a while to start declining.
@sarah10orio Changed soil once since Purchase in 12/2023- Used Peat moss/ Coco Coir w/ rocks bottom (drainage hole w/ Screen) and Monterey Pine Bark Topping.

Light South Facing Window + Supplemental Grow Light. Alternating every few Mths between 50 and 60 watt- Full Spectrum Lights 8-12 hrs daily).

ALWAYS Worried outside placement because it’s 110Β°+ about 10 mths of the yr outside - covered patio. Tried Bench Gardening for about 1 week- Watered 4x daily but (heavy am/ after sun down watering + 2 misting daily) ; But ended up killing 4 of my trees and a 30 year old Arrowplant (3 ft tall ;( ) never recovered.
