Normally, succulents would need repotting because the peaty growing medium that they use in the nursery is meant to stay only during the early stage of growth. With that being said, it's encouraged that you let the plant acclimate to its new home first before repotting. I can't tell how long the waiting period is exactly because it varies from plants to plants, and the degree of changes that they have to adapt to. Personally, I'd repot after one or two weeks of getting them and it's usually in between 2 waterings.
@Spaceship I would look at the bottom of the nursery pot, if roots are coming out itβs time to repot, if not then give it a couple more weeks.
