Mushrooms?
Just noticed tiny mushrooms growing on her, should I be worried? Also any tips on how to repot successfully?

Are they growing in the soil (mushrooms) ? It’s probably because the soil has gotten moldy. Just dig around them about an inch on either side and an inch or two down then remove them with the soil. Then try to get any remaining soil off of the roots that you can and then put them in fresh soil cover them with some soil and you’re ready to go. I would use either citrus, palm and cactus soil or succulent soil rather than regular potting soil.
