i agree with @MiyaSlagle. philos definitely love a steady humidity. i would advise not using humidifiers or putting this near a shower.
other cases it might be pests, check under leaves and on the stems. (scan the whole plant) if you notice anything odd, keep us posted so we can help you solve this!
