To repot or not?
I purchased a baby rubber plant a couple of weeks ago, and last week I noticed one of the stems had broken, and was brown and floppy around the break. I cut that stem to the dirt, and a coworker suggested that I repot it. But I am worried about causing it stress by repotting while it is struggling. Should I repot?

@CozyGuasca69 Do you have a picture? Itβs usually best to propagate healthy cuttingsβ¦you say it was brown, is it mushy? How long was it like that before you noticed, do you think? If itβs mushy and brown, and it has been a moment in that condition, I would hesitate on propagating that piece. You could end up with a not-very-healthy propagated plant. But you could definitely take a fresh cutting, and propagate, if you wanted to try it out?
