#PhalaenopsisOrchid
I have this lil orchid who was beautiful and fully bloomed when I got her. Survived for a few weeks and then my mom put her in the windowsill to give her more sun not knowing she doesnβt like itππ
All of her flowers died and fell off but her leaves still look super healthy. Is there anything I can do to bring her back again or is it just a waiting game ?

I also have a NOID phal like that / it hates light and tries to unalive if itβs within 6 feet of a grow light, but it will grow happy as a clam in a dark bathroom with barely any light.
I would wait it out for now and see if you get any new growth on the spikes after a few weeks or so of conditions it likes better. Your orchid may want to grow another leaf or two before blooming again; if you have gauzy curtains, they can sometimes be a good way to diffuse window light that would otherwise be too bright for your light-hating orchid.
If it hasnβt bloomed in 2-3 months, you can try to trigger another bloom cycle; these orchids bloom seasonally, so you generally need to simulate that for them for a few weeks (2-4) by giving them nighttime temps that are about 10 degrees cooler, underwatering, and reducing light. It can be hard to do this in the summer, so my Iβm a fan of just sticking it in a bathroom and neglecting it because bathrooms are generally cold when not in use and they often have higher humidity levels due to showering and evaporation of water in the toilet and drains.
