Succulents only need to size up when the roots outgrow the pot, not the stems.
You can totally separate into more plants if ya want ^^
If it's not falling over and ripping itself from the soil then it seems like it doesn't need support

Thanks for the reply!
I think its falling over now and pulling itself out a little bit maybe so that why i thought it might need support.
Someone also suggested a shallow pot like for bonsai what are your thoughts on that?

If it is tearing free from the soil, then you should toally give it supports or even propogate it if you want.

Pots being deeper can be beneficial to provide healthier watering and roots. A shallower pot would actually make it so the roots have less anchor space to keep the stems upright.
